Sai Paradise has released a new electric wire wrapper called HT-10 with robust design capabilities specifically for wrapping tape around wire bundles, connectors, splices and joints. The machine increases productivity anywhere that wire bundling is performed and is suitable for various applications in manufacturing and assembly, especially wire harnessing and wire processing.
The machine can wrap diameters ranging from 0.5mm to 10.0mm and operates at less than one second per wrapping cycle. It can wrap wires with tape from three rolls at once and accepts tape widths up to 50mm.
The Tape wrapper operators quickly and efficiently, taking less than one second per cycle to dispense, cut and wrap the tape around each bundle. The wrapper can be integrated into production lines for wire harnesses, covering wire splices, taping connectors, and covering connections joints. Designed for industrial use, this HT-10 products heavy duty construction results in a low noise level and requires very little needed maintenance. These features all come in a compact design with a small footprint. The machine not only increases productivity, but also products consistent looking wrapped parts, virtually eliminates tape waste, and leads to savings on tape costs.
